ROBOT CHICKEN STAR WARS EPISODE II
Here's the trailer for tonight's Robot Chicken Star Wars Episode II. I'm glad that they decided to revisit their Bobba Fett character. Green and his "Robot Chicken" puppeteer partners-in-crime have returned to the universe of the Jedi for "Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode II," which Green directed airs tonight 11:30 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 16) on Adult Swim. As usual, it's got fall-down-funny satire of the greatest space opera of them and features voice contributions from Carrie Fisher, Billy Dee Williams, Seth MacFarlane, Ahmed Best and Conan O’Brien, just to name a few.

Just a heads up letting you know that the jacket is on eBAY. Available in men's size large but fits like a medium it says. Kinda bullshit since the one in the movie auto fits to the person's body size. It is the same future year 2015 style jacket that Michael J. Fox wore it in his moive (Back to the Future Part II). Yup, another Star Wars related post. I can't help it, I'm a big Star Wars nerd and this is blog worthy. Steve Schofield's, “Land of the Free”, captures British sci-fi and fantasy fans dressed as their favorite characters, lounging around their own homes.
Steve Schofield explains his photo series:
My practice is concerned with exploring the fascination that the British public has with American popular culture and the sub-cultural world of fandom. In the images, I have shown people in their own homes and environments wearing costumes that they would be dressed in to attend events with other like-minded individuals. It seeks to offer a glimpse into seemingly ordinary lives of my subjects and allows the private to become public. The work hints at the depth of people’s fantasies and the methods they employ to adopt this culture as part of their own lifestyle as a means of escapism.
The work makes a political reference to globalisation and America’s ongoing ability to infiltrate all cultures via various channels of media. Much of daily life is influenced by ‘Americanisms’ whether through language, food or fashion, which can often be traced back to music videos, the Hollywood film industry, advertising and American sit-coms.
